Further explanation would be enjoyable, but until then I'll believe what I thought at first: somewhere in Baltimore, McNulty and Bunk were camped out in a car, on the lookout for Marlo and co., listening to the radio when you called up. And luckily they recorded it and sent it to you.

Bad lieu was actually standing outside of my car window asking me to show him how I...well, I won't elaborate.
